By downloading, installing, or using AeroLedger ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

AeroLedger is a personal finance management tool designed for airline pilots. The App allows you to calculate salary breakdowns, track budgets, manage debts, and set savings goals. The App is a planning and tracking tool only.

The App is provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Salary calculations are based on pay structure rules and input values you configure. Results are estimates and may differ from your actual payslip. Always verify calculations against your official employer records. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. We recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor for professional guidance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to: • Provide accurate information when creating your account • Keep your login credentials confidential • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account You may optionally enable Face ID or Touch ID for additional security on your device.

All financial data entered into the App is your content. You retain ownership of your data. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. The App processes your data locally on your device and, if you create an account, syncs it to secure cloud servers to enable cross-device access. You may export your data at any time using the local backup feature in Settings.

You agree not to: • Use the App for any illegal purpose • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s cloud services • Share your account credentials with others • Use automated systems to access the App’s services

AeroLedger offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("AeroLedger Premium") that unlock additional features. • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan. • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions). • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Subscription prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency on the purchase screen. Prices are subject to change; you will be notified of any price changes in advance and given the option to cancel.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that salary calculations will match your official payslip, that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all cloud-stored data associated with your account will be permanently removed. Local data is cleared when you sign out. Account deletion is irreversible.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
